I hope y’all had a great weekend! I sure did. I’m starting this week coming off a 5-day weekend.
Here’s some of the stuff I did:
July 2nd, I threw a surprise 21st birthday party for my brother, Luke (it was epic and he had no idea)
July 3rd, I celebrated Rachael’s birthday
July 4th, I went crabbing with (we caught 64 crabs)
July 5th, I got up at 3:00AM to go tuna fishing (we caught over 100 lbs worth of tuna)
Needless to say, this weekend was pretty amazing, but I am excited to get back to work and get into the rhythm of things!
🧘75 days of yoga
Last week, I shared my goals for Q3. I’m a big goals guy, and just recently started documenting my quarterly goals.
One of my goals for Q3 is to participate in 75 yoga sessions. I’m not going to a yoga studio or anything. I’m using YouTube. There are so many amazing resources on there.
If you’re trying to get more flexible, here’s a document where I will be keeping tracking of all of the yoga YouTube videos I will be doing. I’ve already logged 7 videos!
